What is free, what is Pro?
Section titled “What is free, what is Pro?”Everything that protects you from a false or colliding result is free: freshness verdicts, leases, receipts and stale-test verdicts. Pro adds the PhanOS UI, map navigation, test-impact suggestions, file split and the collaborative mode. A feature that ships in Free never moves to Pro.
Does the trial need a card?
Section titled “Does the trial need a card?”No. Sign in with your e-mail and Pro is active for the trial period. After that PhanOS keeps working as Free unless you subscribe.
What happens when I am offline?
Section titled “What happens when I am offline?”Pro checks a signed token on your computer. It lasts up to 7 days and renews when you are online, so a trip without internet does not stop you.
Which data do you keep?
Section titled “Which data do you keep?”Your e-mail address, your plan, and the names of your devices. Payments run through our payment partner, so we never see card data. Details are in the privacy policy.
Do you access my Claude account?
Section titled “Do you access my Claude account?”No. PhanOS runs inside your own Claude Code under your own subscription. We never read, store or route Claude credentials.
How do I cancel?
Section titled “How do I cancel?”Use Cancel contracts here, or cancel in the customer portal linked from your account. You get a confirmation by e-mail.
Can I get a refund?
Section titled “Can I get a refund?”Write to support@phanos.eu with your order number. EU consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described on the right of withdrawal page.
Is there a team plan?
Section titled “Is there a team plan?”Yes: PhanOS for Business adds a commercial licence, team scale and invoice billing.
